Under-Served Communities
NWF is working to build and strengthen relationships with organizations that represented under-served communities, and engage leaders from those communities to support global warming solutions.
The goal of NWF's Fair Climate Project is to promote policies and programs that empower under-served communities to cope with climate change impacts and advocate for fair, equitable, and meaningful solutions.

- Safeguard people and communities most at risk.
- Allow poor and underserved communities to participate in the new clean energy economy.
- Provide subsidies to low-income households for energy-related cost increases through direct consumer rebates and investments in energy efficiency.
