As a participant of Great American Backyard Campout, you have the opportunity to help National Wildlife Federation raise awareness about the health impact of an indoor childhood by raising funds for vital NWF Be Out There programs like Green Hour, Nature Find, and Activity Finder that help get kids back outside. Your support will help us keep these initiatives going!
Once registration opens in March, you have the option to make a flat donation to the event, or donate to a participant. Online donations are open until December 31, 2013. In order to be eligible for the incentive prizes, however, you must have donations in by July 31, 2013. We will begin mailing the prizes after August 8, 2013.
*NWF will choose $25-$49 plush AND $200+ animal adoption based on available inventory. Please Note: Incentive items are not cumulative and are subject to substitution for comparable items. Please allow six to eight weeks to receive your prizes after the Great American Backyard Campout national date June 22, 2013.
All donation money must be received by the National Wildlife Federation office by July 31, 2013, to be eligible for incentive prizes. Please print out a copy of your printable donation form from your Participant Center and mail your donations (checks only, please) to:
