Panda Crafts

Everyone loves pandas, and these panda crafts are un-bearably cute. They make great presents, too.

Panda Candy Jar

PANDA CANDY-JAR

What You Need:

  • clear plastic or glass jar with lid
  • black, white, and green craft foam
  • 2 wiggle eyes
  • craft glue
  • black marker

What You Do:

  1. Trace the jar's lid on white craft foam and cut out. Glue the circle to the top of the lid.
  2. Draw shapes for ears, eye patches, arms, and a nose on black craft foam. Cut out and glue in place on the lid and jar, as shown. Glue on wiggle eyes.
  3. For bamboo, draw three leaf shapes and a stem on green craft foam. Cut out and glue leaves on the stem. Once the glue dries, place the bamboo under one of the panda's arms and glue in place.
  4. Draw a mouth on the panda's face and lines on the bamboo with a black marker, as shown.

  3. Paint or use a black marker to draw a panda face on the white stone, as shown.
  4. Paint a tiny dot of white on each eye and a patch of white on the large black stone.
  5. After the paint dries, set the stone with the panda face on top of the large black-stone body and "glue" in place with clay.
