Handprint Flowers

Create a colorful flower bouquet using your child's handprint.

Spring Flowers

What you need:

  • construction paper 
  • pipe cleaners 
  • pencil 
  • scissors


What you do:

  1. Trace your child's hand on a piece of colored construction paper. Cut out the tracing.
  2. Curl the fingers around a pencil.
  3. Form a cone with the palm of the handprint. Tape together to hold.
  4. Slide a pipe cleaner into the end of the cone to make a stem.
  5. Cut leaves out of green construction paper. Tape them to the stem.
