A word about yogurt:

You can begin introducing yogurt to your baby's diet at about 6 months. Yogurt contains beneficial bacteria and is full of calcium. Be sure to get full-fat yogurt. Nonfat and lowfat milk products are not recommended for children under 2 years old.
