Cut out three hearts
Cut out two matching heart shapes for the body and one beak shape from construction paper.
Create the neck and feathers
Bend the thick pipe cleaner to form the flamingo's neck. Glue the pipe cleaner to the left side of one heart. Attach feathers to the right side.
Make the legs
For the legs, arrange two thin pipe cleaners at the bottom of the heart and glue in place.
Finish the body
Glue the second heart directly on top of the first heart to cover the glued ends of the pipe cleaners and feathers.
Make the head
For the head, color part of the beak black, as shown. Glue on a wiggle eye. Glue the beak to the end of the neck.
