Jennifer Ellis serves as Senior Project Coordinator for National Wildlife Federation's Texas Living Waters Project. She is responsible for assisting with project development, direction and oversight, forging partnerships to pursue common goals, and educating affected interest groups, and the general public about Texas' water policies, their implications, and the potential benefits to people and the environment as a result of policy reform.
Ms. Ellis has 12 years of experience working in the environmental policy arena with an emphasis on advancing sustainable water management and planning, environmental flow protection, and making the most efficient use of existing water resources. She currently serves on the Environmental Flows Stakeholder Committee for the Guadalupe and San Antonio Basin and Bay Area. Ms. Ellis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Illinois.
