J.Crew Works to Ensure Gulf Wildlife Protections with New Tee Shirt

J.Crew, clothing manufacturer and retailer, wants to make sure wildlife in the Gulf receives the protection it needs which is why the company is supporting National Wildlife Federation (NWF). Crewcuts, the company's children's line, is currently donating funds to NWF by selling a children's tee shirt in stores and online for $25.

Made from super-soft slub cotton, the limited-edition tee was inspired by the work of NWF helping to restore the Gulf ecosystem following last year's oil spill.

"We were looking for an organization that would stick with helping the critters in the Gulf long-term and not abandon the effort after the media furor died down," said Crewcuts designer Jenny Cooper. "It's a kid-friendly way to help the critters of the Gulf Coast."
