jumping spider on clover by Bill Beatty

YOU DON'T NEED TO GO FAR to get great photos.  Pro photographer Bill Beatty found this jumping spider in his West Virginia backyard.  “I noticed this tiny spider on a red clover flower head apparently hiding or searching for food.  Each time it would come into reasonable view, I would shoot.  It took a while, as the flash would frighten the spider back into hiding with each shot.”  Beatty used a Nikon 8008s and 50mm lens with extension tubes and flash.
