A hare in the mist

Jerzy Grzesiak came across this hare in a remote part of the Bory Tucholskie Forest in his home country of Poland. He writes, “No sooner did I look through the viewfinder than I realized how beautiful the scene was. I tried to capture not only the animal in its environment, but also the mystical impression I had of meeting the guardian of the mist.” Grzesiak used a Canon D40 and a 100-400mm lens.
