Out of the fog

WHILE PHOTOGRAPHING THIS SMALL ISLAND in a lake at sunrise in Schoolcraft County, Michigan, Maryland resident Nikhil Bahl noticed a fog bank moving in. He says, “It really helped isolate the island from the shore behind. Twenty seconds later, the island was engulfed in fog.” Bahl used a Nikon D200 with an 18-70mm lens and a tripod.
