Gray tree frog by Dennis Fast

Dennis Fast captured this photo on his property in Kleefeld, Manitoba, Canada. Gray tree frogs change color to blend in with their surroundings. "This little fellow was perched on a gladiola blossom after a rain shower and posed quietly for my camera," the pro photographer writes. "Since it spends a lot of time in gardens and trees, I see it as a green frog more frequently than gray." Fast used a Nikon D1x, a 70-200mm lens and a tripod.
