Photo of the Week: Exhausting Journey

While this green sea turtle was slowly crawling up the beach on Midway Atoll in Hawaii to dig a hole and lay eggs, Seth Murray was slowly crawling down the beach with his camera, in the hopes of getting close enough for a good photo. “The turtle was exhausted,” the Arizona resident writes. “Amazingly, I managed to get about three feet away without disturbing her.” Murray used a Nikon D70 with a 15mm lens.
