Photo of the Week: Florida Fisheye

07-01-2013 // NWF Staff

Photographer Christopher Doherty was on a boat headed to a fishing spot in the Gulf Stream along Florida’s North Palm Beach coast when he spotted a school of mahi-mahi following the boat. Seizing the opportunity, the Florida resident writes. “I rolled into the water and this individual seemed to think a shiny part of my camera was a lure and came to bite the camera as I took this photo.” Doherty used a Nikon D7000 and a fisheye 10-17 lens.
