Lodging Reservations
After registering for the annual meeting online, make your sleeping room reservation directly with the National Conservation Training Center.  Call 877-706-6282 or 304-876-7900 and identify yourself as a participant in the NWF Annual Meeting.  The conference room rate is $129/day and includes a full service meal plan, beginning with dinner on day of arrival and ends with lunch on your scheduled departure date.  Accommodations include a private guest room with a full size bed and private bath.  Please make your hotel reservation no later than Wednesday, April 18, 2012.  After this date, rooms may not be available.

Travel Options
Flying: Dulles International (IAD) is the closest airport to the National Conservation Training Center (55 miles/90-minute drive).  The only complimentary transportation that will be provided to NCTC on Friday, May 18 will be shuttles reserved and provided by NWF to depart Dulles Airport at 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm. There is no public transportation, cab service or other shuttle service available.  Sign up for the shuttle when you register online. Use the shuttle schedule below to plan your flights.

Complimentary parking passes will be issued at the NCTC Front Desk upon check-in and must be displayed in your vehicle.  If arriving after 6:00 p.m., the gate may be closed.  If so, use the call button to call the Front Desk.
