red bell pepper (or yellow or red if yellow isn't available), thoroughly washed
washed fresh veggies such as broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and grape tomatoes
What you do:
Combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, and curry powder in a small bowl. Stir until well blended.
Cut the raw veggies into bite-sized pieces, and cut the top off the bell pepper. Clean the seeds out of the pepper. Stuff a mix of the raw veggies inside the pepper and serve with the dip.
One medium-sized pepper holds enough veggies for two to three servings. This recipe makes 1/2 cup of dip.
