Here we honor our nation's conservation champions -- people who kept the wild alive in our world. Help us honor their dreams.
The inspiring people in the Conservation Hall of Fame come from different worlds - politics, philosophy, literature, science. Still, they are all united by a commitment to the preservation of our nation.
Through the Conservation Hall of Fame program, the National Wildlife Federation recognizes the outstanding and lasting contributions of these men and women. Each year, two names are added. The National Wildlife Federation commissions a portrait for each inductee.
Induction to the Conservation Hall of Fame is a posthumous honor bestowed by the National Wildlife Federation Board of Directors.
