Hoppin' Good Snacks
Make a pouch of snacks for your hungry little kangaroo!
Materials
  • Resealable plastic bag
  • ¼ cup each of several of your child's favorite dry snacks (cereal, raisins, pretzels, rice puffs, granola, banana chips, crackers, etc.)
Steps
Step 1
Pour Snacks Into Bag

Let your child pour the ingredients into a heavy-duty resealable bag. Seal the bag closed, but leave some air in it. You may also want to tape the bag closed for extra security.

Step 2
Hop Like a Kangaroo

Encourage your child to hold this "pouch" and hop around the room like a kangaroo. When your little kangaroo is tired, he or she can re-energize with the kangaroo snack mix.
