The Campus Climate Challenge Program

Resources

Since 1989, NWF has developed a wide array of high-quality resources to help campuses generate project ideas and learn from the experience of other colleges.  The following resources are available to participants in the Climate Leadership Program:

Funding

  • Student fellowships -- Climate Leaders can apply to have a student fellow assist with new projects. 15-month fellowships provide training and a $2,000 stipend.
  • Financial support, up to $2500, is available to host a regional campus climate forum for peer colleges and universities. These gatherings bring together colleges, universities and representatives of local cities to share successes, frustrations, tools, and expertise in achieving greenhouse gas emissions reductions on campuses and cities.
