My Campus Involvement  > Fellowships

The National Wildlife Federation's Campus Ecology Fellows cconfront global warming on their campuses and help to educate and engage the campus community on global warming impacts and solutions.

NWF Fellowships allow students to pursue their vision of an ecologically sustainable future through tangible projects to confront global warming on campus and in the community. Fellows gain practical experience in the conservation field and first-hand knowledge of the challenges and opportunities inherent in successful conservation efforts.

HOW TO APPLY

For the 2009-2010 academic year we will be offering special initiative Fellowships. Please check back in October for further details on the Fellowships and how to apply.

Meet Past Campus Ecology Fellows

Since 2000, NWF has awarded 120 fellowships to students across the country working on projects ranging from campus-wide energy audits to implementing sustainable forestry practices. Search the Fellowships database by campus, topic and year to learn about these projects and get inspired!

Congratulations to the 2009 Class of Campus Ecology Fellows!

This program is partially funded through the generous support of the Kendeda Sustainability Fund of the Tides Foundation, Kendeda Fund, Nathan Cummings Foundation and the Town Creek Foundation.
