The Vermont Natural Resources Council is Vermont’s leading environmental education, policy, & advocacy organization since 1963. VNRC maintains strong programs in forests, land use and water quality. VNRC uses a 4 point strategy in its conservation programs: 1) research, 2) policy development 3) passage, implementation and/or enforcement of the environmental laws; 4) citizen education and grassroots action. VNRC contributes to statewide and national environmental policy development |
