Make Game Cards
Download and print the Memory Game sheet

Glue each Memory Game sheet to a piece of card stock. Cut out all 12 game cards.
Play the Game
Turn all the cards face down. Mix them up.
Place the cards face down in three rows of four.
The first player flips over two cards. If they match, the player keeps them and tries again. If the cards don’t match, turn them back over. It’s the next player’s turn.
The player with the most matches wins.
