Color Tennis Ball
Color the tennis ball with the marker so that just some of the yellow shows through.
Cut Out Wings and Beak

Use the pattern to cut the wings out of felt. Cut the beak out of brown fun foam.

Assemble Wood Duck

Glue the pom-pom onto the tennis ball to make the duckling's head. Glue the googly eyes and the beak onto the head. Then glue the wings onto the tennis ball. Let dry.

Make Pond

Cut a "pond" shape out of the blue fun foam. Use the black marker to draw a star in the middle of the pond and an inner ring a couple of inches from the edge.

Play the Game

How to play:

  • Drop your woo duck into the pond.
  • Score 5 points for hitting the star; 2 points for landing within the inner circle; and 1 point for hitting the outer edge of the pond.
  • The person with the most points after five "jumps" wins.
