Make a colony of butterflies to decorate the pencils on your desk!

Cut Out Butterfly Shape

Carefully cut out a butterfly shape from the plastic foam.

Decorate Butterfly

Have your child decorate the butterfly with paint and/or glitter. Let it dry completely.

Attach Butterfly to Pencil

Wrap a pipe cleaner along the butterfly?s body. Twist the ends together until the butterfly is secure. Twist the stem around a pen or pencil.
