Mother's Day Tissue Paper Bouquet

  • Pipe cleaners
  • Scissors
  • Tissue paper (various colors)
  • Vase
Cut Tissue Paper

Cut the tissue paper in 4" x 6" rectangles.

Fold Tissue Paper

Stack five pieces of different colored tissue paper together. Working from the short side, fold the tissue paper accordion style, using 1/2" folds.

Attach Tissue Paper to Pipe Cleaner and Make Flowers

Wrap one end of a pipe cleaner around the middle of the pleated tissue paper. Pull the two edges of the tissue paper together to form a circle. Gently separate each layer, pulling toward the middle of the flower.

Display Flowers

Put all of your flowers in a vase to make a Mother's Day bouquet.
