Arctic Summer Snow Cones

Put a chill into summer with these icy treats.

  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup grape juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 4-5 chunks of canned pineapple and 1/3 cup juice (for each recipe)
  • 5-6 fresh strawberries
  • Ice
Make snow cone juice using one of the two recipes listed below.
 

Blueberry/Pineapple/Grape Recipe

  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • canned pineapple (4–5 chunks and 1/3 cup juice)
  • 1 cup grape juice

Strawberry/Pineapple/Orange Recipe

  • 5–6 fresh strawberries
  • canned pineapple (4–5 chunks and 1/3 cup juice)
  • 1 cup orange juice

Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on slow, steady speed to make juice.

Crush ice using a blender or food processor.


Fill cup with crushed ice. Pour juice over the ice.
