Chocolate Beaver Lodges

Your child can be a busy beaver making these no-bake snacks with chow mein noodles, peanut butter, and butterscotch and chocolate bits.

Melt Butterscotch and Chocolate Bits

Put butterscotch and chocolate bits in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave about two minutes to melt the bits.

Add Peanut Butter

Add peanut butter, and microwave for an additional 30 seconds.

Add Noodles

Stir in chow mein noodles.

Make Beaver Lodges

Drop by spoonful onto a tray covered with wax paper. Let cool for about 45 minutes.

 

Makes about six "little lodges."
