Strawberry Yogurt Flower

  • Sliced strawberries (or other fruit)
  • Plain yogurt

Fill a small bowl with plain yogurt.


Arrange sliced strawberries (or other fruit) in a petal design.


Fill in the middle with a few pieces of cereal. Enjoy!

  • A word about yogurt: You can begin introducing yogurt to your child's diet at about 6 months. Yogurt contains beneficial bacteria and is full of calcium. Be sure to get full-fat yogurt. Nonfat and lowfat milk products are not recommended for children under 2 years old.
