Raccoon Glasses

Raccoons have a black mask around their eyes. You can have one, too, when you wear these funny raccoon glasses.

What you need:

  • scissors
  • adhesive tape
  • 8.5" x 11" piece of cardboard (optional)
  • glue (optional)
  • raccoon pattern (click here)
  • What you do:

Cut out the three template pieces: a mask and two stems.

Cut out two eye holes as shown on the mask.

Make two side slits in the mask as shown. Slide a stem through each slit. Fold over the edge of each stem as marked. Tape in place.
Try on your new raccoon eyes!

Tip: Make these glasses sturdier by gluing the pattern to a thin piece of cardboard (e.g., a flattened cereal box) before cutting.
