Edible Snowman

Here's a fun way to eat your veggies!
What you need:

  • mashed potatoes
  • ice cream scooper
  • mixed vegetables, cooked
  • What you do:

Make a snowman's body with two scoops of mashed potatoes.

Decorate your snowman with different pieces of vegetables. We used green beans for arms, peas for eyes, and a carrot piece for the nose. Feel free to use whatever vegetables that inspire you or that you have on hand. Make sure everything is cool enough to touch if your child is helping to decorate the snowman.

Pile some extra veggies around the base of the snowman, and let your child dig in!
