Photo Caption Contest
Each year, National Wildlife's photo contest receives nearly 5,000 images,
prompting a wide range of reactions from awe to laughter. From our 2007 finalists,
editors pulled 12 special photographs that stand out uniquely in humorous and
endearing ways. Through these images, viewers can participate in a new, interactive
caption contest that will run during the first week of each month as an extension
of Photo of the Week. Caption contest judges, who include National Wildlife editors
and the very photographers whose images are being displayed, will judge entries on
the basis of wit, creativity, humor and originality. Winners will be announced by the 15th of the following month.
| Winners will be awarded a two-product prize package: |
 
1) Award-winning book with illustrated family projects, checklists and native plant information.

2) 1lb. of organic National Wildlife blend coffee from Green Mountain Coffee Roasters
