Once again National Wildlife Federation is partnering with Walden Media (makers of Narnia, Holes, Charlotte's Web and Hoot) for the national release of a great family movie, Nim’s Island, to reach millions with a delightful story, conservation education and opportunities for action to protect wildlife. The movie tells the fictional story of Nim, a young girl who, with the help of her animal friends, seeks to rescue her scientist father who is lost at sea, and save her secluded island. We hope this story will inspire people to become real-life conservation heroes like Nim and her friends, and take action to protect wildlife and wild places!
