Garland TX field
When I photograph wildflowers, I frequently end up with more photos of butterflies and bugs than wildflowers. This Painted Lady caught my eye. I was drawn to the texture of the bottom of the flower and the white design in the wings. This is contrasted by the spikey texture of the flower itself.
