Aerial pictures are not an easy task and for paragliding, wind currents make it even more difficult. Flamingos live in large social groups that have as many as 10,000 birds. They spend most of the day feeding and when an area no longer provides enough food, they will migrate to another location. It was early in the morning so the shadows of the trees and the bottom of the ria helped to create this strange and particular scene. This image was taken in Celestun, Yucatan, Mexico.
