Budd Lake in Budd Lake, NJ
This is our son, an avid fisherman, who was fishing at sunset; the natural bog, a joy to fishermen, is - I believe - one of the reasons our sunsets are so spectacular and popular with my friends/fans. I think that gasses rise up from the floating, moving bog (deeply rooted in black silt) that cause the sunsets to be so colorful and dramatic. The fishing's good, at this time of night, when the bugs come out. A nice way to end a day. We love our lake - the largest natural lake in NJ. It was a glacial lake and is not at all engineered.
