The catalog is owned and operated by National Wildlife Direct, a subsidiary of BlueSky Brands, Inc., which is an independent catalog company incorporated in Delaware. The National Wildlife Federation had entered into an agreement, now terminated, allowing this catalog to use our name under certain conditions. We are advised that the catalog abruptly ceased operations on March 14, 2008 without prior notice to its customers, vendors, employees, or to us and it is not known at this time whether operations will resume.

The National Wildlife Federation does not have access to any customer orders that were placed with BlueSky Brands or to the inventory to fill those orders, which is owned by BlueSky Brands. We are not in a position to resolve any issues related to the operations or outstanding orders of BlueSky Brands. Despite being under no legal obligation in respect of BlueSky Brands’ business, we sympathize with the plight of friends of the National Wildlife Federation and have sought to contact National Wildlife Direct, BlueSky Brands, and other interested parties to ascertain their plans. We have no further information available at this time, but will continue to monitor the situation closely and will post any updated information we obtain that might be of use to you at this site.

If you have already placed an order with the catalog via credit card, your credit card issuer may be able to assist in resolving any billing disputes with BlueSky Brands.

We sincerely apologize for any disruption and distress this matter may have caused you. The shutdown by BlueSky Brands continues to be a very disruptive situation for the National Wildlife Federation as well.
