Wildlife Habitat "Twestoration" Flowers

Turning Twitter (and Social Media in general) To Action!

Twitter BirdAs part of our 74th Annual Meeting, staff from the National Wildlife Federation--along with members of our 47 state affiliate groups--will be heading outside to restore wildlife habitat in Pittsburgh's Hartwood Acres by planting more than 1,000 trees.

Along with this event, we're trying out a little experiment to see if we can turn NWF's online friends into offline volunteers through Twitter and other social media sites. Even if you can't make it to Pittsburgh on Saturday, May 2, we hope you can do something for wildlife in the next few weeks and report back.

See you outside!
