I think we need to prepare for eventual food shortages by learning to adapt our palet to insects. Insects will always be around and they could be a major food source for us if other forms of nutrition become scarce. Many people in the world have no problem eating bugs. We need to catch up or else we may one day starve.

Read State of Fear by Micheal Crighton, it has alot of intresting information about "Global Warming" that I found very intresting. I was surprised to find that some of the things I understood to be facts, like a general warming trend, may not be facts at all.

polar bears are my favorite animal.Lately, I have been hearing that they are getting threatened. Imagine if we humans decided to act careless and continue building and using our coal plants. If we keep this up, I estimate by 2400 wild life everywhere will be wiped out. The surface of Earth completely swipped clean by one species too powerful to stop. Not even we could stop the force of our own savageness. Humans, killed by our own plants that once gave us a benifit. Global warming will melt all the ice and drown humans. the rivers and lakes and even oceans too acidic to drink. This ofcourse would eat away the surrounding land. The c02 intoxicating our planet. There is no hope for any creature now for stopping this mess except for one species called the humans;they are the cause, they could just as easily save the world within a couple decades of hard work but as we know it right now, they choose to continue their work. These are people that I want to shoot down with an assault riffle but I can't;they can just kill themselfs with their factories.
