Because you are participating in our Nature Pack box pilot, all sales are final. Once a payment is successfully processed, it may not be cancelled or refunded.
All damaged items must be reported within 5 days of the box being delivered to you. Missing shipments must be reported 30 days from date of sale. If your item is damaged, please contact us at email@example.com to request a replacement. We cannot control slight manufacturing variations and are not able to replace products based on these variations, including but not limited to cosmetic flaws that do not inhibit engagement in your adventure.
You will be notified via email when your Nature Pack ships. USPS is our standard shipping method with delivery to the address you provide.
