Field Manager, Great Lakes Restoration

Jennifer serves as the Field Manager for the Great Lakes Restoration, Healing Our Waters-Great Lakes Coalition.
She is responsible for the coordination of the Coalition’s work with member groups at the state and federal level as well as engaging all member groups in outreach to decision makers and the public. Jennifer also manages the Coalition’s new Implementation program, which provides resources tools and small grants to local groups engaged in Great Lakes restoration projects.
Prior to her work on Great Lakes restoration, Jennifer coordinated NWF’s work on great waters restoration, including organization of the fledgling America’s Great Waters Coalition and active involvement in the Everglades Coalition. Jennifer started out at NWF as the Program Coordinator for NWF’s Clean the Rain Campaign, which focused on reducing mercury pollution from coal fired power plants.
Jennifer received her B.A. in Environmental Science from the University of Michigan School of Natural Resources and the Environment in 2005. In her free time Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and family on Lake Huron.
