Photo of the Week: Ray of Light
Located on Navajo land in Arizona near the Utah border, Antelope Canyon is a sandstone slot canyon: a narrow canyon formed by the wear of water rushing through rock.
A popular destination for tourists and photographers, the canyon is considered one of the most difficult to photograph in the U.S. Southwest because of the wide exposure range made by light reflecting off its walls. Photographer Angiolo Manetti, of Rome, Italy, used a Nikon D90 with an 18-22mm lens.
