Regional Development Manager
Rocky Mountain Regional Center, Boulder, CO
Gretchen Gilliland grew up in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, hiking the Appalachian Trail and reading Ranger Rick.
After moving to Colorado and earning her masters degree in philanthropy, Gretchen joined NWF in October 2011 as the Regional Development Manager for the Rocky Mountain Region. She works with other staff to raise financial support for NWF’s Public Lands programs, Tribal Lands Conservation programs, and Environmental Education in the Rocky Mountains. Gretchen cultivates relationships with foundations, corporations and individuals who support all of the work managed out of our Boulder office. Her goal is to build a strong network of volunteers, advocates, and funders for our work through grant writing, solicitations, events, and partnerships.
