Bowie is a wonderful community of approximately 19 square miles in northeastern Prince George's County, Maryland. Home to nearly 60,000 people, Bowie is situated halfway between Annapolis and Washington, DC making it a great location to live and visit!
The City and its residents appreciate nature and wildlife. We are happy to provide habitat, food and water for the many birds and butterflies that either call Bowie home or stop at one of our 250+ certified habitats during their migration.
