If we reach our goal of 200,000 campers, The National Wildlife Federation will donate 5,000 native trees to its Trees for Wildlife™ program. These new trees will be planted by pre-approved youth groups committed to planting and maintaining the trees to ensure that they will provide food and shelter for wildlife for many years to come.
Your pledge to Campout helps make sure that America’s wildlife survive!
Trees for Wildlife (formerly Trees for 21st Century) is an educational program of the National Wildlife Federation providing adult leaders with fun, hands-on science-based activities to help young people learn about the importance of trees and how to plant and take care of trees for the future. This initiative aims to educate and prepare a generation of environmental stewards, expand the world inventory of trees and to protect and improve natural resources.
