This report is meant to inform readers about the current state of advanced nuclear power in the United States, existing federal regulation and incentives, and considerations around potential impacts of advanced nuclear on lands, waters, and the health of people and wildlife. It is structured as an educational document and does not advocate for or against any particular policies or regulations.
