WASHINGTON, D.C. — President Joe Biden’s jobs and infrastructure plan is a bold vision for an economic recovery that will make our communities healthier and more resilient, restore wildlife habitat, and ensure an equitable transition to a clean energy economy. The National Wildlife Federation urged Congress to begin working on an infrastructure package based on this framework and on restoring our public lands, waters and wildlife, and investing in communities that have borne the brunt of the economic decline and decades of pollution.

The solutions the president has outlined show how rebuilding our economy depends upon restoring and conserving America’s national treasures and securing our wildlife heritage for future generations.”
