Dramamine for Codfish

Some fish not only suffer seasickness but vomit like landlubbers due to the condition

A RESEARCHER at Norway’s Flødevigen Marine Institute has discovered that some fish not only suffer seasickness but that the condition makes them vomit like landlubbers. After fishermen reported that cod vomit in turbulent weather, marine biologist Erlend Moksness found that fish in tanks also vomited when their containers were made artificially choppy. He believes that ear bones the fish use for orientation are affected by water movement, much as happens in humans afloat in rolling seas.
